As a result of her association with the Ground Control Drunk Driving Prevention Campaign, Margot MacDonald, of Washington DC, performed at a sold out theater at Kenmore Middle School in Arlington, VA.

Nawset Supports Drunk Driving Prevention Campaign


Nawset made a difference with their music in January by performing at the 1Loud Street Live Music Festival in Boston. Hosted by Ron Bellanti, Illumina Records, and 1Loud Street, the event supported Ground Control, a drunk driving prevention campaign. Nawset performed along with other local musicians to raise awareness about drunk driving prevention with their music at the Cask'n Flagon in Boston, MA.

Leaving Eden Plays to Prevent Drunk Driving


Leaving Eden has joined the fight against drunk driving by signing on to perform at two 1Loud Street Live Music Festivals to support Ground Control, a drunk-driving prevention campaign. They will join acts from across New England who are using their talent for a good cause. The events will be hosted by Ron Bellanti, Illumina Records, and 1Loud Street to support Ground Control and showcase talented musicians.

Slapdash Graduate, an acappella all vocal rock band, performed to a large crowd at Boston’s Cask’n Flagon. Illumina has worked with and promoted over 100 Boston-based bands in the past calendar year.

Illumina promotes their bands and their music. Limited Sight, of Springfield, MA played a packed Ground Control and 1Loud Street LIVE benefit show at the Cask’n Flagon on March 13th, 2009.

J-Smiles performs at the Snowed In Festival


Massachusetts artist J-Smiles has joined the fight against drunk driving by signing on to perform at the Snowed In Festival in Southbridge MA. J-Smiles is using his talent for a good cause by supporting Ground Control, a drunk-driving prevention campaign.

Illumina promotes their bands and their music. Before the Rise of Manchester, NH played a packed Ground Control and 1Loud Street LIVE benefit show at Milly’s Tavern in Manchester, NH.

Hollywood Lies Uses Music to Save Lives


Hollywood Lies used their music for a good cause by performing at the 1Loud Street Live Music Festival at the Cask'n Flagon in Boston. Joining with other local bands, Hollywood Lies performed to support Ground Control, a drunk driving prevention campaign. Presented by Ron Bellanti, 1Loud Street, and Illumina Records the festival sought to raise awareness about drunk driving through music.

Supertramp guitar player Marty Walsh has been working with Illumina President Ron Bellanti for four years. He as assisted with Illumina’s charity concert events and produced various Illumina artists. Mr. Walsh, an instructor at the Berklee College of Music, has also worked with Leann Rimes, Donna Summer, and John Fogarty.

Amazing Band Supports an Amazing Cause!

GreyCourt has recently performed at the 1Loud Street LIVE Music Festival in Boston, MA in order to prevent Drunk Driving. GreyCourt proudly supported Ground Control's Drunk Driving Prevention Campaign with local acts from across the country. The November 20, 2008 Benefit Concert was held at Boston's own Cask N' Flagon and hosted by Illumina Records, Ground Control, and 1Loud Street LIVE Music Festivals. Dalias Uses Talent For Good Cause

Dalias performed to prevent drunk driving at the Hip Hop Christmas Festival at Milly's Tavern in Manchester, NH on December 28th. Many local acts joined together to perform and bring attention to Ground Control, a drunk driving prevention campaign. The event showcased local talent that wanted to use their music for a good cause.

As a result of his association with the Ground Control Drunk Driving Prevention Campaign, Nathan Calhoun appeared on Kentucky’s Fox 41 Morning Show. He played a live set as while promoting his involvement in the Midwest Rockers for Life Compilation CD.
